He was predeceased by: his parents, Rudolph Werner Louwien, Sr. and Ruth Johnston Louwien; and his wife Alma Louwien. He is survived by: his children, Venice Simmons (Harold), Jay Louwien (Suzanne), Robert Louwien (Cherylanne), Steve Louwien and David Louwien (Sherry); and his grandchildren, Celeste Taylor (Clay), Clint Simmons (Julie), Kirk Louwien (Jennifer), Amanda Farmer (Matt), Brelin Louwien (Kasey), Devin Louwien and Dawson Louwien. He is also survived by fourteen Great Grandchildren.
