She was predeceased by: her father S. E. "Don" Atkinson; and her husband Nick Carraway. She is survived by: her mother Mary Elizabeth Atkinson; her siblings, Carol Peil and Gary Atkinson (Kathy); her son Bryan Hill (Tara); her grandchildren, Ashley Hill and Wyatt Carraway; and her pet Gypsy. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
A celebration of life was held on Monday, November 10th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the First Baptist Pasadena Chapel (7500 Fairmont Pkwy, Pasadena, TX 77505).
