She is survived by: her children, Lupita Dobbins (Bruce Hudgens) of Del Rio, Jose Rafael Hernandez (Yolanda Hernandez) of Del Rio, Juan D. Hernandez (Margarita Acevedo) of Del Rio, Susana Hernandez (Albert Fragozo) of San Antonio, TX and Crystal Flores of Del Rio; her sister Concepcion Franco of San Antonio; and her grandchildren, Iracel Hernandez, Rachel S. Dobbins, Donavan Dobbins (Thelma Dobbins), Jose Hernandez, Angel Hernandez and Isabel Fragozo. She is also survived by many great grandchildren, nieces, nephews, other close relatives and friends.
