He is survived by: his wife Velma Alicia Delgado of Colunga; his children, Luis A. Colunga (Brenda Colunda) of Del Rio, Fernando Colunga (Janie Colunga) of Del Rio, Martha Estrada (Luis Estrada) of Big Lake, Rolando Colunga of Del Rio and Angela Colunga of Del Rio; his grandchildren, Luis Angel Estrada, Alexis M. Colunga, Luisreymundo Colunga, Marina Estrada, Leticia Estrada, Klarissa Colunga, Leslie N. Colunga, Alicia Lynn Colunga, Celeste Colunga, Diego A. Colunga, Mario A. Arrañaga, Christian Colunga, Christi Colunga, Jorge A. Briones, Jayden A. Briones, Jayven A. Briones and Biviana Colunga; and his great grandchildren, Debanhi Martinez, Damian Martinez, Danali Rivas and Lizzette A. Ruelas. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and other close relatives and friends.
Visitation was held on Friday, November 14th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the Trinity Mortuary (206 Kings Way, Del Rio, TX 78840). A rosary was held on Friday, November 14th 2025 from 7:00 PM to 7:45 PM at the same location. A funeral service was held on Saturday, November 15th 2025 at 10:00 AM.
