He was predeceased by: his wife Sylvia Morales; and his parents, Juan Urby and Carolina Urby. He is survived by: his sons, Rodolfo (Randy), John (Tony), Mark and David; and his siblings, Joe, Heriberto and Mary. He is also survived by sons, daughters-in-law, numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren.
