Ceasar of Del Rio, TX.; his children, Nathan Isaacs of Clarksburg, WV, James Ceasar-Isaacs of San Antonio, TX, Kenneth Ceasar Isaacs, Elvin Ceasar Isaacs of Del Rio, TX, Anne Barber of Farmington, MO and Aaran Ceasar of Philadelphia Pa; and his sisters, Anne Duncan and Darlene Roark of Richmond Ky.
A graveside service was held on Thursday, July 31st 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Sunset Memorial Oaks Cemetery (5144 US-90, Del Rio, TX 78840).
