He was predeceased by : his son Douglas Earl Horn. He is survived by : his wife Kathie Faye Whited Horn; his children, Charles "Chuckie" Lee Horn, Jr. (Ashley) of Charleston, Illinois, Nicholas Cole Horn of Garfield, Texas and Amber Paige Horn Garduno (Daniel) of Bastrop; his grandchildren, Braidin David Levi Agaun, Eathin Darrell Lee Horn, Destanie Yvonne Marie Horn and Eleanor Rose Garduno; his parents, Mary Knauer and Fred D. Horn, Jr; and his siblings, Duane, Fred, Edward, Jo'an, Greg, Dean, Carol and Karen. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, extended family and friends.
