He was predeceased by: his parents, Doyle R. Kelly and Pauline Pedigo Kelly; his grandparents, Elvis, Nellie Kelly, Fred and Blanche Pedigo; his son Paul Jan Kelly; and his great grandchild Joanna Karlsson.
He is survived by: his son George Mark (Mary Kelly) of Liberty Hill, TX; his wife Sylvia Carol Needham; his daughter Terri (Magnus Karlsson) of Erie, CO; his daughter-in-law Rebecca Kelly of Irving, TX; and his grandchildren, Victoria Kelly of Ft.
