With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Joseph Elias Darling of Denison, Texas, born in Oil City, Pennsylvania, who passed away on January 1, 2021 at the age of 83. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was loved and cherished by many people including: his grandfather Joe; his parents, Melissa Darling and Alfred Darling; his wife Joyce Darling; his children, Jeffrey Darling (Debbie Darling) and Jill Darling; his granddaughter Amber Splawn (Paul Splawn); his great grandchildren, Hayden and Kason Splawn; his grandson Michael Darling; and his sister Margaret Walter. He was also cherished by other nieces, nephews, cousins, and family members.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations in Joe's honor/memory be made to the First United Methodist Church 801 Star St. Bonham, TX 75418.
