He is survived by: his mother Mary Curtis; his sons, Jayce, Hunter, Chandler and Hayden Curtis; his sister Anngee; his brother-in-law Shawn Flinn; his brothers, Kelly Curtis of Denison Texas, Raymond and Kevin Curtis of Colbert Oklahoma; and his siblings' children, Shawna Flinn, Kelsey Wood, Kristine Curtis, Ashlyn Cowen, KyLee Curtis, Zach Flinn and Daniel Curtis.
