She was predeceased by: her husband Dr. H. Donald Rice. She is survived by: her children, Bill Rice of Garland and Jan LaGrone of Gordonville. She is also survived by four grandchildren and ten great-grandchildren.

Due to COVID-19, there will not be a visitation or service at this time.

In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to a scholarship fund at Grayson College in Mrs. Janet Rice or Dr. Donald Rice's name.
