He is survived by : his wife Julia Johnson Patrick; his children, Brent Patrick, Stacy Patrick, Ryan Patrick, Darren Jackson and Eric Jackson; his grandchildren, Alex Rivera, Tessa Rivera, Tyler Jackson, Hunter Jackson, Layne Jackson, Liza Jackson, Dillon Batton and Hunter Jones; and his brothers, Darrell Patrick and Philip Patrick. He is also survived by many extended family members and friends.
