He was loved and cherished by many people including : his parents, Ruben Smith and Peggy Smith (Cole); his wife Jonnie Smith; his children, Scotty Smith of Fort Worth and Joyce Frederick (Mark Miller) of Bridge City; his grandchildren, Hunter Frederick, Hayley LeJune and Aaron LeJune; his great grandchildren, Matthew Granger, Riley LeJune, Amelia LeJune and Layton Tyler; and his brother Steve Smith (Pamela Romero Smith) of Vinton.
