She was predeceased by : her parents, William Collis and Betty Collis (Chesser); her brother Billy Ray Collis; her parents-in-law, Max L. Ford Jr. and Beryl Spivey Ford; and her sister-in-law Diane Strawbridge.
She is survived by : her husband Max Larry Ford III; her children, Tanya Gallegos (Felix) of Denton, Christina Butcher (Nick) of Rockwall and Max L. Ford IV of Denton; her grandchildren, Bethany Ford-Gallegos, Elijah Ford-Gallegos, Lilliana Ford, Gabriel Gallegos, Max Ford (Quinn) and Gordon Butcher; and her brother Thay Collis.
Visitation was held on Sunday, June 13th 2021 from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Bill Deberry Funeral Directors (2025 W University Dr, Denton, TX 76201). A graveside service was held on Monday, June 14th 2021 at 2:00 PM at the Roselawn Memorial Park (3801 Roselawn Dr, Denton, TX 76205).
