She was predeceased by: her parents, William Blankenship (Bill) and Bessie Mae Tasker Blankenship; her husband Jerry Walden Taylor; and her siblings, Florence Dayle Stockton and George Henry Blankenship.
She is survived by: her children, Beth Elaine (Apol), Amy Fuller (Brad) and Dale Taylor (Debbie); her brothers, Glenn Blankenship (Melba) and Jack Blankenship; and her grandchildren, Jeff Apol (Angella), Laura Eisenga (Ben), Brett Fuller (Kristin), Lindsey Buonassissi, Allison Hasserd (Rhett) and Katie McKendall (Jay). She is also survived by thirteen great-grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Saturday, November 15th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Mulkey-Bowles-Montgomery Funeral Home (705 N Locust St, Denton, TX 76201). A funeral service was held on Saturday, November 15th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
