Evelyn Florene Henry Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Evelyn Florene Henry of Denton, Texas, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on October 31, 2025 at the age of 91. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
As we bid adieu to Evelyn's earthly form, let us not dwell on the void left in her wake, but rather celebrate the legacy of love and inspiration Evelyn has bequeathed us. For though she may have departed from our sight, her spirit remains a timeless beacon, guiding loved ones through the labyrinth of life's journey.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Henry Swenn and Frieda Swenn (Koch); her husband Everett Henry; and her brother Jerry Swenn. She is survived by: her children, Donnie Henry, Anita Freese, Debra Blankenship and Denise Henry. She is also survived by six grandchildren, thirteen great grandchildren, two great-great grandchildren.
A funeral service was held on Thursday, November 6th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Bill DeBerry Funeral Directors (2025 W University Dr, Denton, TX 76201).
