He was predeceased by: his parents, Milton D. Rodgers and Amanda Gertrude McMikel Rodgers; and his siblings, Prentice Rodgers, Bill Rogers and Shirley Turpin.
He is survived by: his wife Donna Tatom Rodgers; his children, Tate Rodgers (Shannon) and Whitney Blackwell (Raleigh); and his grandchildren, Makenna Rodgers, Kace Rodgers and Hendrix Marshall. He is also survived by several nieces & nephews along with a host of friends.
