She is survived by : her sister Whilmia Duncan; her husband Mark Harper; her daughter Keila Dunbar; her parents, Herbert Carter-Rhone and Lillian Carter-Rhone; her siblings, Iva Jean Johnson, Lavonia Rhone and Donald Carter; her son Paul L. Dunbar Jr.; her grandchildren, Paul Dunbar III, Silas Dunbar, A'jene'Dunbar and Eden Dunbar; her brother Herbert Carter Jr. (Yolanda); and her cousins, Surona Massey and Kevin Calhoun. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
