She was predeceased by: her parents, Bill Abbott and Tina Hatch Abbott; her husband Charles Potter; her sons, David and Gregg Potter; and her brother Stanley Abbott.
She is survived by: her sons, Tony Potter (Kim) of Detroit, Jeff Potter (Debby) of Conroe and Dean Potter (Tish) of Willis; her sister Norma Jean Dixon (Glen) of Detroit; her grandchildren, Chrissy, Toni, Jaymee, Angie, Shelby, Justin, Colby, Dana and Lindsey; and her pet Smarty. She is also survived by numerous great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren.
A graveside service will be held on Sunday, October 5th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Detroit Cemetery.
