She was predeceased by: her father Ismael G. Luna; her husband Ernesto "Pisto" R. Mejia, Jr.; her parent Reyes Valenzuela Luna; and her siblings, Rosalinda L. Gonzales, Ismael V. Luna, Jr., Joe V. Luna and Luis V. Luna.
She is survived by: her children, Ernesto L. Mejia, III, Isaac L. Mejia and Charlotte L. Cavazos (Andrew); her sisters, Carmen L. Alvarado, Sylvia L. Felan and Bernie L. Vasquez (Carlos); and her uncle Epifanio "Pife" Valenzuela. She is also survived by 10 grandchildren, 5 great-grandchildren; and numerous extended family members, nieces, nephews, cousins.
