He was predeceased by : his parents, William Arthur Boyd and Gladys Rene Hunt; his sister Jean Wilson; and his brother-in-law James Leroy Wilson. He is survived by : his wife Emma Boyd; his children, Tyran Boyd, Adean Velasquez, Julie Heirholzer (Ken) and Janay Boyd; and his siblings, Calvin Boyd, Bill Boyd, Joan Chapman, Joyce McRee, Marion Mergele and Linda Henehan. He is also survived by nine grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.
