It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Vivian Winona Francis Franks of Dimmitt, Texas, born in Silverton, Texas, who passed away on June 22, 2020, at the age of 93, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by : her parents, John Lee and Fannie Steele Francis; her husband Cecil Franks; and her brother Garland. She is survived by : her daughters, Cenci, Celia and Felice; her grandchildren, Ryan Hardee (Lori), Michelle Hardee and Logan Adams (Kevin); her great grandchildren, Paige, Gavin, Sydney and Ella; and her siblings, Wilma Lee Gill and Joe Dale Francis. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, lifelong friends and relatives.

Memorial donations may be made to either the Alzheimer's Association or High Plains Children's Home in Amarillo.
