It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Patsy Harrell (Dublin, Texas), who passed away on April 12, 2020, at the age of 79, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, James Abraham Fine and Retha Elizabeth Christian; and her siblings, Josephine Allen, Retha Elizabeth Carter, James Hendrix, Earl and Morgan Fine.
She is survived by: her husband Jim Harrell (Jim) of Dublin; her son Andy; her daughter-in-law Debbie Harrell of Dublin; her daughter Jennifer Osgood of Austin; her siblings, Allen Z. Fine and Billie Gene Mayes of Dublin; and her grandchildren, Tyler, Jordane, Jaden, Noah Harrell of Dublin, Sam and Sidney Osgood of Austin. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and friends.
