He was predeceased by : his parents, Buck Milligan and Glendora Milligan (Long). He is survived by : his wife Patsy Daves; his daughters, Kara Milligan of Dumas and Krista Bittner (Matt) of Dumas; his grandchildren, Beckett Bittner and Brolin Bittner; and his brother Mike Milligan (Beverly) of Dumas.
