He was predeceased by: his parents, James Ballard and Ann Ballard (Alexander). He is survived by: his wife Valerie Gould; his children, B. J. Ballard (Jessica) of Dumas, TX, Heather Jolly (Cody) of Dumas, TX and Krystal San Miguel (Derick) of Amarillo, TX; his grandchildren, Rhylee, Cylus, Barrett, Liliana, Emilia and Huck; his brother Jerry Ballard (Agnes) of Amarillo, TX; his sibling's children, Joshua, David and Ann Marie; his brother-in-law Jeff Gould (Lisa) of Coppell, TX; his sibling's children, Ashlea and Lauren; his uncle Joe Ballard (Jelene) of Dumas, TX; and his friend Scott Higgenbotham.
