She was predeceased by: her parents, Willie Avin Jones Keeney and Fred McCoy Keeney; her husband Ervin; her siblings, James R. Keeney and Gloria Woodman; and her grandchildren, Dhana Sparks and Stefanie Sparks Faught.
She is survived by: her children, Sherry Sparks (Larry) and Scott Russell (Susan); her brother Hilliard M. Keeney; and her grandchildren, Robyn Alexis Russell Kelln and Stephen Scott Russell. She is also survived by six great-grandchildren; and many cousins.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests memorials be made to a charity of your choice.
