He was predeceased by : his parents, O. C. McWilliams and Mavis McWilliams; his wife Martha Ann McWilliams; his siblings, Kat McWilliams, Malcolm McWilliams and Arleta Fisher; his brother-in-law Johnny Fisher; and his grandchildren, Stetson McWilliams and Nea McWilliams.

He is survived by : his sons, Billy McWilliams (Judy) of Dumas and Rick McWilliams (Karen) of Amarillo; his siblings, Marlon McWilliams (Cheryl) of Cloudcroft, NM and Beverlee Melban (Charlie) of Bushland; his sister-in-law Jalane McWilliams of Dumas; and his grandchildren, Brandon McWilliams (Vikki), Skyler McWilliams, Dakota Gylling, Tasha Janssen, Wrangler McWilliams and Seth McWilliams. He is also survived by twelve great-grandchildren.
