She was predeceased by : her parents, Russell "Buddy" Herbert and Ruth Tommie Reese, Jr. (Waddell); her husband Alton "Butch" Herman; her sister Barbara Rhoades; and her siblings-in-law, Lester Herman and Genieve Harshberger.
She is survived by : her daughters, Connie Herman and Wendy Herman; her siblings, Mary Ann Gallier (Tom) of Woodville Texas, Roslyn Sliva (Richard Senf) of Boling, Texas and Russell Reese, III (Chris); her brothers-in-law, Bill Rhoades of Houston, Rudy George Herman (Sorya) of Kirkland and Sam Harshberger Jr. of La Valle; her grandchildren, Stacie Marie Golden and Russell Clint Mueller; her son JJ Hall; and also Lainey. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, friends.
