It is always difficult saying goodbye to someone we love and cherish. Family and friends must say goodbye to their beloved Crystal Louise Hughes (Early, Texas), who passed away at the age of 95, on January 12, 2021. She was loved and cherished by many people including : her parents, John Skipper and Olive Skipper (Cates); her husband Roy D. Hughes; her children, Dellwyn and Crystal Hughes Sutton; her daughter-in-law Cathy Hughes of Pearland, TX.; her grandchildren, Stephanie Hughes of Corpus Christi, TX, Johnse Howard (Helen) of San Francisco, CA, Jase Sutton (Emma) of Marble Falls, TX and Sarah Howard of Brownwood, TX.; her cousin Vivian Rogge Proffitt of Odessa, TX; her nephews, Robert Hughes (Linda) of Onalaska, TX and David Hughes (Sandra) of Zavala, TX; her great grandchild Maggie Sutton; and also, Jim of Abilene, TX and Brenda Hughes Howard (Kevin) of Brownwood, TX.

Visitation was held on Saturday, January 16th 2021 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Heartland Funeral Home (303 Early Blvd, Early, TX 76802). A graveside service was held on Sunday, January 17th 2021 from 3:00 PM to 3:30 PM at the Eastlawn Memorial Park (1921 Early Blvd, Early, TX 76802). By request of the family, please wear masks and observe social distancing while attending.
