She was predeceased by: her parents, Tom Sam and Lora Farris; her husband James Reese; and her siblings, Odell Farris, Lavell Ivie, Betty Jo Walker, Eunice Carter and Sammie Wade.
She is survived by: her sisters, Georgia Williams (Tommy) of Waco and Mary Shoemaker (John) of Pollok; her children, Jimmy Reese (Paula) of Cypress, Cheryl Reese Green of Stafford and Tommy Reese (Chelsea) of Houston; her grandchildren, Alison Koteras of Boise, James Raymond Koteras of Stafford, Amanda Douglas of The Woodlands and Colleen Oberle of Houston; and her great grandchildren, Emma Koteras, Ethan Brenner, Olivia Douglas and Nolan Oberle. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.
