He is survived by : his mother Margaret Medrano Ferrel of Wharton; his wife Emilia Ferrel of East Bernard; his children, Daniel Ferrel, Sr. (Stephanie) of Wharton, Sonia Ferrel (Benny Cirilo) of Houston, Roy Trevino of Houston, Ann Margaret Ferrel (Greg Rodriguez) of Houston, Danielle Ferrel of Wharton and Michelle Ferrel of Wharton; his sister Debra Villada (Mario); his grandchildren, Alyssa Butler (Charles), Steven Ferrel (Ashley), Hillary Campos, Angel Campos, Joe Campos, Salena Campos, Jeanette Rodriguez, Felipe Campos, Jr., John Cavazos, Christopher Ferrel, James Ferrel, Nevaeh Rodriguez, Isabel Castillo, Castiana Castillo and Arya Wilson; his great grandchildren, Katalyna Butler, Charles Butler, Jr., Bryce Ferrel, Mary Jane Garcia, Ivory Garcia, Joe Garcia, Houston Garcia, Mia Campos and Aileen Enriquez; and the mothers of children, Isabella Ferrel and Leticia Ferrel. He is also survived by nieces, nephews and close friends.
