She was predeceased by: her parents, Caroline Kutach (Roznovsky) and Alphonce Kutach; her husband Leroy; her children, Bonnie and Jimmy (Karen); her parents-in-law, Lucy (Pilcik) and Otto Rabius; her siblings, EJ Kutach (Cecilia) and Elizabeth Rother (Royce); her brothers-in-law, Benny Marik and Carlton Grusendorf; and her son-in-law Ernest Klotz.
She is survived by: her brothers, Edward (EJ) and Eugene (Butch); her children, Karen, Ernest and John; her grandchildren, Katherine, Johnathan Michael (Cynthia), Landon, Brandon (Jimmie), Rebecca, Jessica and Samantha (Timothy); her great grandchildren, Clay, Dena (Michael), Bryan, Logan (Brandon), Robyn, Matthew, Jordyn, Madisyn (Johnathan) and Wyatt (Katherine); her children, Cynthia and Timothy (Denise); her siblings, Angeline Marik, Irene Bard (Richard) and Butch Kutach (Betty); and her sister-in-law Verlin Grusendorf. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
