He is survived by: his spouse Rebecca Ann Sims; his parents, Jody Chmelik and Deedee Chmelik; his sister Amanda MacLeod; his brother-in-law Kyle MacLeod; his grandparents, Dona Harper, Edith Sharp and Martin Sharp; his uncle Janet Larroca; his parents-in-law, Steve Sims and Elizabeth Sims; his sisters-in-law, David Sims, Ambrosia Sims, Sarah Sims, Michael Sims and Sam Sims; Dean Larroca, Lynn Cushwa, Michael Chmelik, Anthony Chmelik, Ryan Chmelik, Catherine Larroca, Jordan Larroca and Wesley Larroca.
