She is survived by: her husband Joe; her former husband Joseph Longine Foretich; her sisters, Lydia Chew and Regina Matlock; her daughters, Ann Brooks and Mary Foretich; her grandson Adrian Brooks (Dalyce); and her great grandchild Willow. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.

Instead of flowers, the family requests donations be made to the Alzheimer's Foundation of America.
