She is survived by : her husband S. E. Carter; and her children, Stephen Carter, Joe K. Carter (Bobbie), Tim H. Carter and Minta Jean Carter-McCoy (Jim). She is also survived by 8 grandchildren; 5 great-grandchildren; and 2 great-great-grandchildren.
