He was predeceased by: his parents, James Thomas and Emma Humphries; his brother Dr. Wayne Humphries; his sister-in-law Dorothy Humphries; and his grandparents, Tom Humphries and Ethel Brown Humphries.
He is survived by: his wife Martha Humphries; his children, James Humphries (Darla) and Tami Poe (Don); his grandchildren, Kristin Keyes (Kyle Keyes), Ryan Humphries (Sarah), Emily Poe and Julie Chavez (Jonathan); his great grandchildren, Konner, Aiden, Autumn, Beau, Preslie, Maybrie and Fynlie; and his brother Jimmy Humphries.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, June 5th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Mullin Fuller Funeral Home Chapel (205 Corky Boyd Ave, Wills Point, TX 75169). A funeral service will be held on Friday, June 6th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the same location. A graveside service will be held on Friday, June 6th 2025 from 11:30 AM to 12:00 PM at the Oak Hill Cemetery.
