He was predeceased by: his parents, Macario Rodriugez and Concepcion Becerra; and his siblings, Juan Rodriguez, Candelario Rodriguez, Priciliano Rodriguez, Carmen Rodriguez and Belen Rodriguez.
He is survived by: his wife Blanca Estela Rivera; his children, Sergio Rodriguez, Juan Antonio Rodriguez and Brenda Alicia Rodriguez; his grandchildren, Anaily Rodriguez, Sofia Rodriguez, Anthony Rodriguez, Desiree Rodriguez, Taylor Rodriguez, Rebecca Rodriguez, Lucky Rodriguez and Sergio Rodriguez Jr.; and his siblings, Maria Bertha Rodriguez and José Rodriguez. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, July 9th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the Calendar Legacy Chapels (4610 S Jackson Rd, Edinburg, TX 78539). A prayer was held on Wednesday, July 9th 2025 from 7:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the same location. A funeral service was held on Thursday, July 10th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Legacy Chapels (4610 S Jackson Rd, Edinburg, TX 78539). A burial was held on Thursday, July 10th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Calendar Palm Valley Memorial Gardens (4607 N Sugar Rd, Pharr, TX 78577).
