It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Erolinda Rosas (Edinburg, Texas), who passed away on August 11, 2025, at the age of 74, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her husband John Colunga Rosas; her parents, Ruben Rosa and Guadalupe De La Rosa; and her siblings, Emma Sanchez, Raul De La Rosa and Ruben De La Rosa Jr..
She is survived by: her children, Irma L. Garcia, John Rosas III and Carlos Rosas; her grandchildren, Jesse Jr., Samantha J., Estrella L., John R., Abigail and Carlos Jr.; and her siblings, Adoracion Garcia, Pura Dibina Fernandez and Juan De La Rosa. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Thursday, August 14th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the Legacy Chapels (4610 S Jackson Rd, Edinburg, TX 78539). A rosary was held on Thursday, August 14th 2025 from 7:00 PM to 7:30 PM at the same location. A funeral service will be held on Friday, August 15th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the same location. A burial will be held on Friday, August 15th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 11:30 AM at the San Juan Cemetery.
