He is survived by: his daughters, Brandy Walker (George) and Laura Melendez (George); his grandchildren, Miles, Karys Walker, Adrian Contreras and Kamilah Melendez; and his sisters, Estella Hutchinson (Martin), Minerva Niaves (Paul) and Graciela Martinez.
Visitation will be held on Friday, August 1st 2025 from 10:00 AM to 12:30 PM at the Legacy Chapels (4610 S Jackson Rd, Edinburg, TX 78539). A prayer will be held on Friday, August 1st 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location. The inurnment will be held on Friday, August 1st 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Donna City Cemetery (1433 S Mile Rd, Mission, TX 78537).
