It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Joan M. Robles Philpot (Edinburg, Texas), born in San Juan, Texas, who passed away on December 15, 2023, at the age of 60, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

She was predeceased by : her siblings-in-law, Larry Doeppenschmidt and Cathy L. Clark; her nephew Noah A. Robles; and her former life partner Billy Michael Philpot. She is survived by : her children, Anna S. Arredondo (Mitch) of Port Isabel and Billy Mendoza of Sullivan, IL; her grandchildren, Xavier Arredondo and Cici Carmona; her parents, Romeo R. Robles and Rosa C. Robles of Pharr; and her siblings, Mary Lou Doeppenschmidt, Romeo Robles (Janet) of Pharr and Roel.

She was able to do this one last time through the gift of organ donation.
