She was predeceased by: her parents, Ramon Corona and Natalia Corona (Gilbert); her son Lucas; and her brothers, Ralph and Rene.
She is survived by: her husband Gilbert Alaniz; her son Gilbert III; her child-in-law Sonny' (Sonia); her grandchildren, Samara and Sienna; her son Ricco (Heather); her grandchildren, Aydin, Isabella and Isaac; her daughter-in-law Lauren; her grandchildren-in-law, Lily, Noelle and Mary; and her siblings, Ramon Corona Jr., Aurora Casas, Rodolfo Corona, Rosa Maria Corona, Jose Roberto Corona, Armando Corona, Jorge Corona, Lucy C. Robles, Isabel Corona and Elena C. Perez. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews; and many other family members and friends.
Visitation was held on Sunday, July 20th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the Legacy Chapels (4610 S Jackson Rd, Edinburg, TX 78539). A prayer was held on Sunday, July 20th 2025 from 7:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the same location. A funeral service was held on Monday, July 21st 2025 at 10:00 AM at the same location. A burial was held on Monday, July 21st 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Hillcrest Memorial Park (1701 E Richardson Rd, Edinburg, TX 78541).
