He was predeceased by: his father Librando Rolando Salinas; and his grandparents, Guadalupe, Higinio Salinas, Juanita S. Escamilla and Augusto Cesar Escamilla.
He is survived by: his mother Omelia Escamilla; his siblings, Aaron Salinas, Yasmine Salinas and Yadira Salinas; and his siblings' children, Arturo Pinzon and Arianna Lizette Pinzon.
Visitation will be held on Friday, October 17th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Memorial Funeral Home - Edinburg (208 E Canton Rd, Edinburg, TX 78539). A prayer will be held on Friday, October 17th 2025 from 7:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the same location. A funeral service will be held on Saturday, October 18th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 10:30 AM at the same location. A burial will be held on Saturday, October 18th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Hillcrest Memorial Park (1701 E Richardson Rd, Edinburg, TX 78542).
