He was predeceased by: his mother Margot Garza Ruiz. He is survived by: his wife Liza Salinas; his father Manuel Carlos Ruiz Jr.; and his siblings, Carmen Garza (John) and Beatrice R. Adame. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, October 23rd 2025 from 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the Legacy Chapels (4610 S Jackson Rd, Edinburg, TX 78539). A celebration of life will be held on Thursday, October 23rd 2025 from 7:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the same location.
