She is survived by: her children, Iraida Rea, Gustavo Rea Jr. and Daniel Rea (Kimmy); her grandchildren, Emilia Sofia Rodriguez, David Alejandro Rodriguez and Aaron Rea; and her brothers, Francisco Compian (Mari) and Raul Macario Compian (Alicia).
Visitation was held on Thursday, July 17th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Memorial Funeral Home - Edinburg (208 E Canton Rd, Edinburg, TX 78539). A rosary was held on Thursday, July 17th 2025 from 7:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the same location. A funeral service was held on Friday, July 18th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 12:30 PM at the Holy Family Catholic Church (1302 E Champion St, Edinburg, TX 78539). A burial was held on Friday, July 18th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Palm Valley Memorial Gardens (4607 N Sugar Rd, Pharr, TX 78577).
