He was predeceased by : his father Rodolfo Moreno; and his siblings, Marta Lydia Moreno, Maria De Jesus Moreno, Jose Alberto Moreno and Martin Moreno.

He is survived by : his mother Ofelia Trevino; his wife Melly Guerra; his children, Delitha Pena (Juan), Nick Moreno and John Anthony; and his siblings, Sylvia Gonzalez (Rick), Julia Acevedo (Roman), Cris Pitt (David), Olivia Moreno (Carlos), Gloria Moreno (Rodolfo) and Hector Moreno. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, family and friends.
