She was predeceased by: her husband Jose Isabel Delgado; her parents, Juan Ruiz and Anastacia Alvarado Ruiz; and her brother Jose Angel Ruiz. She is survived by: her children, Samuel Delgado, Joel Delgado, Luis David Delgado, Loida Eunice Delgado, Juan Daniel Delgado, Roel Benegas and Judy Bracamontes; and her siblings, Maria Lopez, Eunice Guerra, Sara Elia Ruiz, Gloria Moreno, Juan Ruiz, Bernardo Ruiz and Daniel Ruiz. She is also survived by fourteen grandchildren and nine great grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, October 14th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the Legacy Chapels (4610 S Jackson Rd, Edinburg, TX 78539). A prayer will be held on Tuesday, October 14th 2025 from 7:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the same location. A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, October 15th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the same location. A burial will be held on Wednesday, October 15th 2025 from 11:15 AM to 11:45 AM at the Piedad Cemetery (1801 Wichita Ave, McAllen, TX 78503).
