It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Alfred Reckaway of Edna, Texas, born in Cuero, Texas, who passed away on November 19, 2021, at the age of 73, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was loved and cherished by many people including : his parents, Herman John Reckaway and Myrtle Agnes Reckaway; his daughter Casi; his son-in-law Rick Cornejo; his grandchildren, Taylor, Nick Helgerson, Kristen, Matthew Soderberg, Belle Cornejo and Blake Cornejo; his great grandchildren, Tobias Helgerson and Castiel Helgerson; and his siblings, Evelyn Utesey, Irene Blaylock, Bertha Kirchner, Karl Reckaway, Eva Mae, George Zbranek, Charles and Dorothy Reckaway. He was also cherished by nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
