He was predeceased by: his parents, Lawrence Aubrey Parks, Sr. and Viola Power Parks; his wife Virginia Loudermilk Parks; his sister Eloise Parks Pantalone; his wife Rose Etta Holmes Parks; and his sons, Larry Parks and Kevin Parks.
He is survived by: his daughter Linda Parks Budd (Ricky); his grandchildren, Heather Parks Linzy (Chris), Jennifer Parks Anderson (Jona), Jonathan Parks (Heather), Eric Budd (Brit) and Erin Budd; his daughter-in-law Suzanne Parks; his stepgrandchildren, Danny, Ryan and Nina Rivera; his stepchildren, Gloria Maxwell, Sherrie Bergstrom, Charlotte McClain (Gary), Debbie Lopez (Mike) and Lee Putnam (Lori); and his grandsons, Ryan Parks, Russell Fowler, Koby Parks and Konnor Parks.
