It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Richard Allen Vickery of Edna, Texas, born in Yoakum, Texas, who passed away on August 27, 2021, at the age of 78, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by : his parents, John Madison Vickery and Bertha Donnell Vickery; and his siblings, Baby Boy Vickery, Billy Ray Vickery, John Vickery, Larry Vickery, Jimmy Vickery and Don Vickery.

He is survived by : his wife Patricia Martin Vickery; his daughters, Robin Adank (Bill) of Meridian, MS, Elaine Weaver (Harvey) of Victoria, TX, Dee Ann Fuquay of Edna, TX and Valinda Hyde of Louisiana; his sister-in-law Margaret Vickery; and his brother Melvin Vickery. He is also survived by 15 grandchildren; numerous great grandchildren.
