She was predeceased by: her husband John A Follett Jr.; her parents, William J Yockey and Albina Dornak Yockey; and her siblings, William Yockey and Genevieve Vacek.
She is survived by: her sisters, Patsy Legler and Irene Nohavitza; her children, Janis Follett of Houston, Jim Follett (Kathy) of Angleton, Pat Follett (Karen) of Deer Park and Mike Follett (Gwen) of Brazoria; and her daughter-in-law Leslie Follett of Sweeny. She is also survived by 12 grandchildren and 17 great-grandchildren, a large extended family and many nieces and nephews.
